Jeanie Etie has been a Registered Nurse since 2002 when she graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Jeanie has a broad background of nursing experience most recently working with new and expectant families in Labor and Delivery.
Jeanie lives in Oak Cliff with her wife, Brooke, and their three sons, Jonah, Gavin, and Oliver. When Jeanie isn’t working she loves going on adventures with her family and especially loves spending time outdoors.
Becky Perrin BSN, RN
Registered Nurse
Becky is a native Texan who has lived in Dallas for 25 years with her husband, Mark. She graduated from UTA and began her nursing career in 2004, and has a passion for serving women and families.
She and Mark have 3 children, Wyatt, Lexi, and Jonah who keep them both in stitches and on their toes! They love to travel and are looking forward to summer trips to New York and Key West. Becky is active in professional nursing organizations and church outreach groups, and has a heart for refugee children’s ministry.

Jessica has 3 wonderful children. She loves pediatrics and making kids smile is her favorite part of the job. Her favorite color is green and she loves going to the park with her kids.
Iris Roca-Alvarez CMA

Iris Roca-Alvarez is OCP’S newest Bilingual Medical Assistant! Iris joins OCP from Children’s Medical Center Dallas. She was born and raised in West Dallas. Iris is married and has four children, ranging in age from 17 to 4. She is very grateful and excited to be part of our team!
Leslie Orta CMA

Leslie finished Medical Assistant school in May of 2022 and got her first job at Oak Cliff Pediatrics. She loves spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and spending time with her pet pig and dogs.
Connie Malone
Billing Specialist and Administrative Associate
Connie has worked in medical administration for over 40 years. She began her career with Dr. Peter Schneider, a Pediatrician in Oak Cliff, when she was a young mother. She then became the Billing and Office Manager for Dr. Larry Anspiger, General Surgeon, in Oak Cliff, until he retired. Then in 2001 she started working for Richard Wallner, Obstetrics and Gynecology as his Office Manager, until he retired in 2018.
Connie is married, has three adult children and six grandchildren. She is a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She enjoys cooking for family and friends, traveling, gardening, and reading.

Jackie has lived in Oak Cliff her whole life and loves what it’s becoming! She has a daughter and a couple of fur babies. True crime and coffee are her favs. She says she is truly excited and grateful to be part of the OCP family and we could not be more thrilled about the addition to our family!
Ashley DeLeon

Ashley graduated in 2018 and is pursuing a career in sonography. She lives in Oak Cliff with her husband, Fredo and their daughter Aliyah. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and their two cats, painting and gardening.

Brianna was born and raised in Oak Cliff. She loves how diverse and welcoming the Oak Cliff community is. She has 3 years of experience in the healthcare field. In her free time, Brianna enjoys spending time with loved ones, shopping, and trying out new restaurants. Brianna is excited for this new journey and cannot wait to meet everybody’s families!
Taylor Redmond
Billing Specialist and Administrative Associate
Taylor graduated from Texas Tech University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies. From there she attended Texas Woman’s University and received a Master’s in Child Life. Taylor has been working with children and their families for over eight years in various settings.
In her free time, Taylor likes spending time with her boyfriend, watching sports, and reading.
