- If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911.
- For all urgent issues please call our office at 469-300-5437, press option 1 to be connected to the nurse’s line.The nurse line will triage your concern and notify the “on call provider” if necessary.
We refer to 2 after hour urgent care centers.
