Iris Roca-Alvarez joins OCP from Children’s Medical Center Dallas. She was born and raised in West Dallas. Iris is married and has four children, ranging in age from 17 to 4. She is very grateful and excited to be part of our team!

Leslie finished Medical Assistant school in May of 2022 and got her first job at Oak Cliff Pediatrics. She loves spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and spending time with her pet pig and dogs.

With 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, Daphney loves working with kids and finds joy in each new day on the job. She is thrilled to join the OCP team. In her free time, Daphney enjoys painting, building Legos, and watching movies, especially true crime documentaries.

Jackie has lived in Oak Cliff her whole life and loves what it’s becoming! She has a daughter and a couple of fur babies. True crime and coffee are her favs. She says she is truly excited and grateful to be part of the OCP family and we could not be more thrilled about the addition to our family!

Connie has worked in medical administration for over 40 years. She began her career with Dr. Peter Schneider, a Pediatrician in Oak Cliff, when she was a young mother. She then became the Billing and Office Manager for Dr. Larry Anspiger, General Surgeon, in Oak Cliff, until he retired. Then in 2001 she started working for Richard Wallner, Obstetrics and Gynecology as his Office Manager, until he retired in 2018.

Connie is married, has three adult children and six grandchildren. She is a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She enjoys cooking for family and friends, traveling, gardening, and reading.

Ashley was born and raised in Dallas and has worked in medical administration since 2021. Ashley lives in Arlington with her husband, Alfredo, and their daughter, Aliyah. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, being outdoors, and gardening.

Taylor graduated from Texas Tech University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies. From there she attended  Texas Woman’s University and received a Master’s in Child Life. Taylor has been working with children and their families for over eight years in various settings.

In her free time, Taylor likes spending time with her boyfriend, watching sports, and reading.

Katie graduated from the University of Mississippi and was a scribe at Oak Cliff Pediatrics during her breaks from school for two years. She was born and raised in Frisco and loves being in the DFW area. Her biggest goal is to become a pediatrician so she is super excited to officially be a part of the OCP family. In her free time, Katie loves to spend time with her family, her dogs, and her friends.

Ruby has lived in Oak Cliff her whole life and is proud to be a part of this vibrant and growing community. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog Terry, and singing. She is grateful to be part of the OCP team!
